DESCRIPTION OF OPTIONS:

General admission includes both night admission, breakfast and lunch on Saturday, and Grab Bag Treats.

VIP Admissions includes early admission for both nights, preferred seating for lunch Saturday, Grab Bag, and special gift.

Bronze Sponsorship includes advertisement in the Program and Acknowledgement from the Stage by host. Preferred seating for 2 persons, invitation to Private Luncheon, Grab bag, a vending table, and a special gift.

Gold Sponsorship includes advertisement in the Program, Video Commercial both nights, Preferred Seating for 3 persons, invitation grab bag, special gift, a vending table, and preferred seating at the Private Luncheon.

Platinum Sponsorship includes advertisement video on all Social Media, mention in all printed material and advertisement, Preferred Seating in the first 3 rows on both nights, Preferred Seating at the Private Luncheon, a vending table, Grab Bag, and Special Gift.

All vendors receive 2 tickets to the events activities and Special Luncheon, advertisement in the Program and on Social Media, as well as a vending table. All vendor instrutions will be provided 10 days before the event.

By attending this event, all attendees acknowledge and agree that participation is voluntary and at their own risk. Attendees are solely responsible for their personal safety, belongings, decisions, and interactions during the event.

Attendees agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Hedera Initiative Inc., its subsidiaries, officers, employees, volunteers, partners, affiliates, and associates harmless and blameless from any and all claims, damages, injuries, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from or related to their attendance, conduct, participation in activities, or interactions with vendors, presenters, or other attendees.

Hedera Initiative Inc. assumes no responsibility for accidents, injuries, lost or stolen property, or any issues arising from third‑party vendors, presenters, or participants.

Attendance at the event constitutes acceptance of these terms.

All vendors must have their tables fully set up the night before the event. No day‑of setup is permitted without written approval from the Event Coordinator. Vendors must remain open and available to the public for the full duration of the event.

Vendor spaces are assigned and may not be changed, shared, expanded, or occupied beyond the approved area or approved activity. Vendors found operating outside their designated space or engaging in unapproved activities will be removed from the event without refund.

Vendors are solely responsible for their own materials, equipment, products, and personal property. No electricity will be provided. Vendors are responsible for the complete takedown and cleanup of their booth area. A $50 cleaning fee will be charged to any vendor who fails to keep their area clean or leaves debris behind.

All vendors must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including but not limited to: business licensing, tax obligations, health and safety regulations, and any required permits or certifications. Food vendors must maintain all required food‑handling permits and certifications.

By participating, vendors agree that Hedera Initiative Inc., its subsidiaries, officers, employees, volunteers, partners, affiliates, and associates are not responsible for loss, theft, damage, injury, or any claims arising from vendor operations, products, equipment, or conduct.

Failure to comply with these instructions or any event policies may result in immediate removal from the event without refund.

All vendors are solely responsible for complying with all federal, state, and local laws, regulations, licensing, and tax obligations required to operate their business. Vendors acknowledge that they are fully responsible for the safety, legality, and quality of all products, services, materials, and interactions they provide to the public.

By participating as a vendor, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Hedera Initiative Inc., its subsidiaries, officers, employees, volunteers, partners, affiliates, and associates harmless and blameless from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, actions, or expenses arising from or related to your participation, products, services, equipment, conduct, or failure to comply with legal requirements—regardless of whether you carry insurance.

If you do not maintain a Business Owner’s Policy or General Liability Insurance, you acknowledge that you remain fully and personally responsible for any claims or damages that may arise. Hedera Initiative Inc. assumes no responsibility for uninsured vendors.

All fees paid to participate in this event are non‑refundable and non‑transferable for any reason, including but not limited to scheduling conflicts, personal circumstances, weather conditions, vendor withdrawal, or removal from the event for policy violations. Vendor spaces, registrations, and payments may not be sold, assigned, gifted, or transferred to any other individual or entity.

Hedera Initiative Inc., its subsidiaries, officers, employees, volunteers, partners, affiliates, and associates assume no responsibility for vendor cancellations, no‑shows, or inability to participate. Submission of payment constitutes full acceptance of these terms.

All fees paid to participate in or attend this event are non‑refundable and non‑transferable under all circumstances. Registrations, vendor spaces, tickets, and payments may not be sold, reassigned, or transferred to any other person or entity.

Hedera Initiative Inc. reserves the right to remove any person—vendor, attendee, or participant—who creates a disturbance, engages in violent behavior, issues threats, uses threatening or abusive language, or otherwise disrupts the safety or operation of the event. No refund or transfer will be issued to any individual removed for misconduct or policy violations.

Participation in the event constitutes full acceptance of these terms.
